ASTM B695, Class 65
Corrosion Resistance
Moderate, interior or dry exterior
Note: For high-corrosion environments, specify stainless steel or hot-dip galvanized options.
Installation Requirements
1. Drill hole using an ANSI-standard carbide drill bit to the specified diameter.
2. Clean the hole of dust and debris using compressed air or vacuum.
3. Install the anchor to minimum embedment depth using an impact wrench or socket wrench.
WARNING: Do not use impact wrenches for installations in hollow CMU or lightweight block.
Post-installed anchors shall have a current ICC-ES evaluation report for use in cracked concrete.
Code listed under ICC-ES ESR-2713 for cracked and uncracked concrete.
This catalog satisfies the requirement.
The specification requires a current ICC-ES evaluation report covering use in cracked concrete (Section 05 50 00).
- The catalog lists ICC-ES ESR-2713, which covers cracked and uncracked concrete, a direct match for the requirement
- Coverage extends through Seismic Design Categories A through F and the IBC 2021, 2018, and 2015 code cycles
This catalog satisfies the requirement.
The specification requires a current ICC-ES evaluation report covering use in cracked concrete (Section 05 50 00).
How it works
Four steps to a cleaner submittal
Upload the spec, pick your products, and send out a package with the compliance proof already marked
Submittal Builder reads the whole spec, splits it into divisions and sections, and pulls out every requirement your products have to meet
Search a growing library of vendor catalogs by product name or by the requirement itself, and see which requirements each product meets before you commit to one
Type a requirement and press Enter to add it
Run the annotator to highlight where each requirement is met and flag what falls short, requirement by requirement

Features
Everything between the spec book and approval
Every feature answers the same question: does this product meet the spec, and can you prove it?
Spec requirement extraction
Upload the spec book and get every requirement pulled out into a clean, searchable list. Materials, dimensions, code standards, and finishes, section by section.
Search by requirement
Type the requirement itself, like a galvanizing spec or an ASTM standard, and search a growing library of vendor catalogs for the products that satisfy it, ranked by how many requirements they meet.
Type a requirement and press Enter to add it
Automatic compliance annotation
The annotator checks your package against the spec section, requirement by requirement. Every one comes back Verified, Warning, or Critical, with the exact catalog line that proves it.

Project workspaces
Every spec, submittal, and revision lives under its project, so a resubmit never starts with a file hunt.
Reviewer control
Step through every finding, override a verdict, and add notes before anything leaves your desk. The final call is always yours.
Exports that open anywhere
Highlights are saved as real PDF markups with the spec language quoted, so they show up in Adobe Reader and Bluebeam like you made them yourself.
Use Cases
For everyone who touches a submittal
Whether you build packages, review them, or price the work, the spec reading that eats your week gets done in minutes
Subcontractor PMs
Turn the GC's spec section into a clean, compliant package without giving up a night to cut sheets and highlighters
Project engineers
Upload a sub's package and check it against the spec book, with every requirement already matched to the page that answers it
Hard-to-find parts
When you only know the requirement, not the product, search for exactly that and see what qualifies
Resubmittals
A rejected product does not cost you another week. Swap it, rerun the check, and send the revision the same day
Your own catalogs
Upload the vendor PDFs you already work from. They become searchable products you can drop into any package
Estimators
Find products that meet the spec while you price the job, instead of discovering substitutions after the award
Benefits
Days of spec work, done in minutes
Submittals go out sooner, procurement stays on schedule, and fewer packages come back marked Revise and Resubmit
Send it out sooner
Build a package in an afternoon instead of a week, and stop being the reason procurement is waiting
Fewer rejections
Reviewers see the proof highlighted next to the spec language, which makes approving easy and arguing hard
Proof on every page
Every compliance claim points to the exact line in the catalog that backs it up, so your package argues for itself
Dashboard
Stop re-reading the spec
Requirements are extracted once and searchable forever. No more flipping back to section 05 50 00 to double-check a finish
Catch misses early
Requirements nobody addressed get flagged before you send, not by the architect three weeks later
Every project in one place
Specs, submittals, revisions, and review notes live under the project they belong to, so handoffs do not start with a search through email
